Pursuant to our Whistleblowing Procedure, Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct and other policies, procedures and legal rules, this third-party managed Whistleblowing Portal is designed as a secure space for Circet USA employees, contractors, outside collaborators and other third-parties to report concerns and exchange private messages.

For purposes of this Whistleblowing Platform, Circet USA includes: KGPCo Services, CACI Communications, SourceOne Corp, Gemini Communications, CCU, and Blue Streak Telecommunications.

Important
On this Whistleblowing Portal, you have the option to report conduct or situations that may violate Circet USA policies or the general interest and that you have personally known or witnessed. Commercial complaints or requests in relation to a worker's project assignment are not processed within the framework of this Whistleblowing Portal.

Each report received is treated individually and confidentially through its own secure code, allowing you to access your report on the Whistleblowing Portal and send and receive messages.

These exchanges take into account the choice of the notifying party, if he/she has decided to remain anonymous.

Only designated Circet USA case managers, will receive the information contained in the alert that you submit.

You will be able to track your report and communicate with the case manager(s) with the confidential code that is generated by the Whistleblowing Portal when you submit your report.
