Pursuant to our Whistleblowing Procedure, Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct and other policies, procedures and legal rules, this third-party managed Whistleblowing Portal is designed as a secure space for Circet USA employees, contractors, outside collaborators and other third-parties to report concerns and exchange private messages.

Important
On this Whistleblowing Portal, you have the option to report conduct or situations that may violate Circet USA policies or the general interest and that you have personally known or witnessed. Commercial complaints or requests in relation to a worker's project assignment are not processed within the framework of this Whistleblowing Portal.

Your identity will remain confidential when reporting an alert and throughout the procedure to process your alert.

GDPR Note: By entering your personal data on this Whistleblowing Portal, you agree that your personal data will be processed by Circet SAS, as data controller.

Your data is collected to process the alert. It will be stored in accordance with the instructions given in the alert and only the Circet USA case manager(s) will have access to it.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete information that concerns you, as well as the right to object to and limit the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by sending a request by email to dpo@circet.fr.

Each report received is treated individually and confidentially through its own secure code allowing you to access your report on the Whistleblowing Portal and send and receive messages.

These exchanges take into account the choice of the notifying party, if he/she has decided to remain anonymous.

Only designated Circet USA case managers will receive the information contained in the alert that you submit.

You will be able to track your report and communicate with the Circet USA case managers(s) with the confidential code that is generated by the Whistleblowing Portal when you submit your report.
